Our Membership Intake Process is an exciting & rewarding experience for Sponsored Candidates, designed for each Aspirant to achieve these goals:To learn the history and traditions of the national organization
To learn the expectations of membership and the value of responsible decision-making

To develop an understanding of Sorority membership as a lifetime commitment As a budding organization, Kappa Alpha Lambda is dedicated to the strengthening & perpetuation of a culture of leadership among its Members. Recognizing the need for comprehensive leadership in the LGBT community, the Sorority seeks to sponsor, initiate, & train the best and brightest to lead in a constantly evolving global community.
